Adoption playbooks
Hello Customer Success peers,
I am new to this CS forum and so thankful to have been invited to join.
I look forward to learning and mindshare with this fantastic community.
One of the areas I would love to hear from the group is about adoption success. While adoption can be tailored to each client and adoption success viewed differently based on specific client's need, I am curious what adoption playbooks have you executed with clients that were particularly effective or adoption planning process examples that you view as a standardize template to help your clients drive adoption?
Looking to hear from folks who would be willing to share any formats and thoughts around adoption program planning, any templates that you have seen consistently win with your clients driving their users to use more of your product/service. Thanks in advance!
