Stakeholder mapping frameworks

Do any of you have experience with customer stakeholder mapping and if so do you have any recommendations for templates or frameworks that work well?

    Hi Julie,

    Can you be a little more specific about what you are looking to create with a Stakeholder Mapping project?  I ask only because I I've seen these go a couple of different ways (more like a customer journey map vs value attainment against product) and I want to make sure I'm recommending something that is useful.
