Customer Email Aliases
Hi - Happy Friday to all! I have sadly been missing the Office Hours lately but will be back soon.
Question for the group: Can anyone give me any guidance on the best technical solution to provide custom customer email aliases? I want each customer to have their own customername@aumni.fund email (so they do not have to remember their diff points of contacts) and I want to do it in a way that is more scalable than distro groups on GMail...... My ops team is saying it is hard to do but I know that other Saas B to B companies do it.... Thoughts? Suggestions? And not through a support ticketing system as we have a general support email -- just a way that we can on the back-end add and subtract people to the customer team who get the emails without bothering the customer.
