Any Freshsuccess users?

Hello, community -
I've recently moved to a new company to manage their CS department and prior to me joining, they deployed Freshsuccess but have yet to adopt it. So as expected, first on my list is implementing Freshsuccess into our workflow. One problem I'm facing is Freshworks does not provide any formal admin and user training and the CS assigned to us hasn't been much help, thus far. I've heard of companies having success with this platform I just don't understand if they learned it themselves over time or if we just need a better account manager to help us adopt it. I'm happy to pay for a consultant or third-party trainer, but I haven't found anything like that.

It includes 10-min videos with actionable examples on:- Understanding and Configuring Health Scores
- Setting Up Alert Playbooks and Alert Rules
- Setting Up Success Goals
- A short quiz on Freshsuccess Fundamentals
Your CSM will also reach out to you to help set up specific use cases that you want to implement.

I inherited Freshsuccess at a company about 2 years ago, and I had to figure it out on my own. I'm sure the product has changed quite a bit in 2 years.0
