Any Freshsuccess users?

I've recently moved to a new company to manage their CS department and prior to me joining, they deployed Freshsuccess but have yet to adopt it. So as expected, first on my list is implementing Freshsuccess into our workflow. One problem I'm facing is Freshworks does not provide any formal admin and user training and the CS assigned to us hasn't been much help, thus far. I've heard of companies having success with this platform I just don't understand if they learned it themselves over time or if we just need a better account manager to help us adopt it. I'm happy to pay for a consultant or third-party trainer, but I haven't found anything like that.
