Hello community!
Happy Sunday! This time reaching out to see if anyone here could share their template/checklist for Sales to CS handoff. I'm looking to create a template that can later be added to Salesforce with all the information needed from the customer. I've taken some notes of the things that should be included such as:
- general information from the customer
- Current challenges and reasons to buy the solution
- Business outcomes
- Information from the solution: features they are interested in
- Project scope
Amongst other things. Would love to see what others have worked on in the past.

Tried looking in the GGR library but didn't find anything on handoffs.

Any help is very much appreciated!

    Perfect timing as I was actually working on posting something about it on Linkedin in the coming days. I will give you early access to the list though :) 

    This is something I presented at a webinar a couple of months ago where I was going over Onboarding & Education.

    We have a similar list in our organization for smooth hand-offs between Sales & CS & a lot of these fields are also part of our SF orgs. Some of the questions on list are generic but you can convert them specific to your company, services & product.

    Thanks Ashna.  This is a useful list of questions.
    I can share additional questions i use as part of the handover from sales:
    1.  Why the customer has chosen our product/ solution over other products in the market?  (this question is helping my team to focus on the perceived value of our product).
    2. Any commitments (could be verbal or in emails ) that the Sales team made during the pre-sales/sales process.
