Transforming to SaaS and set up of new CS division

Hi CS community, I recently started working for a large corporation who is establishing a Customer Success Division. At the same time our company is also making the first step to SaaS. Because we are so big we can't just click a switch have have all products on Cloud hence we are slowly starting to transform a few products at the time and our CS org will only support Cloud not anything on prem. Is there anyone in this community who's working for a large corporation who is or has gone through a similar experience that I/we could speak to? It would be fantastic to look at lesson learned, successes, how your company went through the transition etc. please let me know if I can reach out to you for a conversation? Thank you in advance
