We use a variety of tools to do this.

• Totango displays all of our usage data
• Google Sheets + Google Data Studio for churn and upsells
  • Think executive level reporting
• Lucid Chart for customer journeys + outreach

I wish that Totango could do all of this for us and hopefully one day they can!
