Customer Success focus for 2020 and Vision
In the beginning of Q4 2019 I've worked on an external presentation named "how we became "Customer Obsessed company" which told our story, my focus for 2020, funny to look at what we've prepared just 4-6 months ago and what we are focused on now and of course my Customer Success Vision.

I love how you boiled down CS into clear and concise "mathematical" equations.
I'm preparing a CS training for our Customer Services Agents and other client facing teams and I'm definitely using the Maya Angelou quote; spot on.
