Hello everyone, 

I am in charge of building the Customer Success Strategy for tech touch segment of my company.
This is a great and challenging topic. 

Besides tool which is another topic, I am now looking for a training regarding marketing automation or customer success tech touch. 
I already found the amazing resources from @Jay Nathan and @Jeff Breunsbach but i need some practical knowledge to understand where to get started.
Would you have any material/ training / Ressources to recommand please?

    Hi @Elisabeth Courland. I have recently taken some CS training courses that have really helped me and even gotten me a few certifications.

    The two certifications I've received so far are from SuccessCoaching and CS Mastermind. Both are fantastic platforms to learn, grow, and connect with CS professionals. 

    I would recommend CS Mastermind since they have weekly virtual meetups and the two coordinators, Sue and Jason, have become great mentors for me. You can check it out here:
