    Hi @Amber Monroe- Our sales team is currently looking at Zoho as a CRM so I'd love to hear about how your experience has been using it for CS/project management purposes! I'd rather not have to bring in a separate tool for CS if Zoho delivers on the need. Would you be willing to chat about your experience?

    Hi Tim, 

    We don't use Guide Cx, but I did do a demo with them a couple of weeks ago. It looked great, but we currently use Zoho for Project Management and there wasn't anything that Guide CX did that Zoho couldn't already do so we opted not to change our current software. 

    A couple things I did like about the Guide CX demo was the customers being able to log in to the dashboard to see what tasks they still had outstanding. I also liked the ability for automated emails to be sent out after a task or milestone has been completed. I can see these both as time savers for our Onboarding Project Managers.     We're using GuideCX for implementations at Project44 and really like it.
