We have some processes in place but I want to transform them into more succinct playbooks. I would love to see some example playbooks that others have created. I know there is a lot I can learn from this community!

To make the examples even better think about bringing the customer into these processes. Where are they at in the journey, what can block loyalty, what could they be thinking etc. are good additions to internal process documentation. We get so focused on ourselves that a simple reminder to your team of what is relevant now when executing this play goes a long way in helping your team demonstrate empathy.

I'm right in the middle of building a playbook in Notion. It's for key account management but you might still find some inspiration. I'm focused on jobs to be done (where they should be spending there time).
