Customer engagement is still a high focus area for Customer Success professionals, and Ashley Harpp shares some tips on making sure you are positioning yourself (and your customers) for success in 2023!
- Set expectations - make sure everyone knows how the relationship will play out
- Change it up - bring some diversity in the way you communicate and keep it engaging
- Secondary contacts - network, network, network. Don't leave it 1:1
- Be responsive - can't ask them to do this if you are not doing it too
