This week we dust off a post from 2021 focused on customer engagement as we wind down the year.

Customer engagement is still a high focus area for Customer Success professionals, and Ashley Harpp shares some tips on making sure you are positioning yourself (and your customers) for success in 2023!
  1. Set expectations - make sure everyone knows how the relationship will play out
  2. Change it up - bring some diversity in the way you communicate and keep it engaging
  3. Secondary contacts - network, network, network. Don't leave it 1:1
  4. Be responsive - can't ask them to do this if you are not doing it too

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
