Introducing our GGR Question of the Month Series
Gain Grow Retain is focused on connecting people, knowledge, and ideas, and to help with this, we are launching a Question of the Month program to highlight the big questions customer success professionals are asking and spark conversation and connection.
Each month we will post a question submitted by one of your peers. This question is meant to drive conversation and inspire you with topics that impact the Customer Success world.
Participants during the window of engagement (typically a 3 week window) will receive a limited edition badge and be entered into a drawing for a prize for the month.
