    Hi everyone - my name is Brandon Orme. I'm in Customer Success Education & Enablement at Awardco, a recognition and rewards software based in Lindon, Utah. When I'm not working I love to take advantage of all the Utah has to offer and hike with my dog, rock climb, paddle board, and snowboard. I believe in balance, so I also enjoy vegging at home watching a comedy or reading.

    In my job, I manage our support site, oversee our newly launched customer community, help host a monthly workshop, and will soon be involved in launching a customer success/account management platform. My responsibilities span a lot of areas, and I’d love to connect with any technical writers, knowledge base managers, content/video producers, and CSP admins! I’m eager to learn from you, share insights, and collaborate on best practices.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
