    Hey there, I bet you’re already doing a great job maintaining customer relationships. But I want you to see how @Ziv Peled, Chief Customer Officer at AppsFlyer, is doing it. Blew me away when I saw it..

    He’s using Salesforce.com, Looker (a BI tool) and a tool called Troops to measure and scale customer relationship development. It’s a pillar of a CS strategy that’s led to massive upsell and expansion over the past six years.
