Hello! I've recently moved to a new company, and we are going to be adopting an Intercom-like tool soon. Due to my previous experience with Intercom's pricing issues, I am looking at alternatives that have fixed pricing. The two tools I'm looking at are Crisp and Helpcrunch.

Does anyone have experience with either? Any red flags?
