Hi All,

A big focus within my team this year is the development and implementation of success plans with each of our customers. We have a natural tool (monday.com) to host and automate these plans and I would be interested to see Success Plan templates this minds of this great community have created. I looked in the library but was unable to find anything.

Thank you!

+1 here...would love to join a call about success plans. jason@altrio.com

Also theres a company called StrikeDeck that shares success templates/account management templates as part of their cold outreach strategy for finding CS clients....I havent worked with them directly but I did look through the templates they shared with me and they were pretty decent. Not perfect but a good starter. Might be worthwhile to see if they'll share with you - they seem pretty liberal about sharing, but of course I can't just go posting their stuff.  Hope that helps!

    Hi @Michael Porcelain,

I am also actively on the hunt for success plans, templates, sales-->CSM handoff, marketing must-haves, advocacy programs to mention a few...

I recently found some reporting templates Tom Connery's podcast 'Talking Customer Success'
    I thought to share:

Hey Michael - Thanks for bringing this topic up. One of our Q1 Initiatives at Gain Grow Retain is to focus on building out our Library with Tools/Templates. Here's a version that we created a little bit ago that we've used several times before.

Hoping others will upload their versions so we can build out the Library.

I'm also interested in joining a discussion on Success Plan templates and processes. I put in effort last year to improve our success plans. I settled on using Powerpoint files as the initial format because we can create a much more visual design and it allows us to also utilize the file easily during virtual meetings (key during the last year) and also easily export to PDF.  I created both a large, multi-slide deck and also a 1 pager (2 pages really) that condenses the format and key details that we need.

We deal with school districts across the country with varied needs, so we need a lot of flexibility in the information we capture. I have attached the condensed version in a sample file that I created as a guide for our CSMs. All the data is made up, but hopefully the format can be helpful as you consider your customers needs and how to plan effectively.

We have much to improve on the processes side of things to automate more of this process. I'd love to discuss more.
