Hi all, looking for recommendations for sourcing college level interns. We'd like to support those of diverse background. Any suggestions? Thank you!

Qin, you may check out https://sv.academy/customer-success-fellowship .  It isn't necessarily a college level type program but it is for those underrepresented communities trying to break into CS.

Brian, this is wonderful. I'm finding out more about the program.
Also for the community who may be interested, we just learned that University of Chicago has a program where the school helps subsidize and source talent for internships with students who are first generation to go to college and those who come from other unlikely backgrounds. The program is called odyssey scholars. Odyssey Scholars Program internship funding covers full time employment for the summer (roughly, 40 hours / week, 10 weeks).

You could network with HBCUs in your area, but it's important to note that PWIs will also have large numbers of students from diverse backgrounds.
