    Hi Elizabeth, I see I just posted a thread with the exact same question! I too am looking for CS tools that integrate with Hubspot. So far I've seen Gainsight does, but hearing others' experiences would be most helpful, so I will be following your thread. :)

    Not sure this is the right place for self-promotion ;-)

    Elizabeth, Rianne, Hubspot integrations are pretty common for all the cs platform, you can take a look at:

    Salesmachine.io ( where I'm heading the sales and CS)
    Churnzero
    Planhat

    Quick advice, have a deep test of these solutions, best products sell by themselves ;-)

    I'm sure the same options are available for Salesforce but if not, please let me know what you would recommend. Right now, we are using a sales configured SF and it could use some inexpensive help!

    Hey Elizabeth & Rianne,

    I think most of the established platforms will have an integration with HubSpot - e.g. Gainsight, ChurnZero, ClientSuccess (my company), Planhat.  Do make sure to vet each one carefully - some integrations are easier than others, so be sure to "lift the hood" before making a final decision.

    Hi Laurie,

    Pretty much everything integrates with Salesforce, so you should have even more options than you would with HubSpot!  :)
