Thanks, Jordan... glad you are enjoying Totango!!!  We use our own platform for customer success, customer marketing and to engage with (and convert) our freemium community, so I can honestly say, I love it too!

Renee, I would love to join your tour with Jordan! It is always fun for us to see how other companies are using our platform to drive their success! Just let me know when.

Have a great day Customer Success leaders...

I am using Totango, for the first time after several years using Gainsight. I am still learning Totango and well versed in GS.

Absolutely -- High leve we have found plan hat to be very easy to implement and get up and running.  We use hubspot and were able to integrate it easily -- some bumps that Planhat helped us through -- and it was an amazing way to see our data and clean it up.  We are integrating with Jira too.   We have just started building out our implementation and renewal playbooks and our designated CS person has been great in helping us along the way.   Feel free to reach out renee.morgan.murphy@gmail.com if you would like to know more.   Renée

    Hi Renee,

We're currently in the discovery phase of the different tools on the market and I am enthousiastic about both PlanHat and SmartKarrot. I'm really interested in hearing about your experience, why you chose PlanHat and how you've experienced working with them so far. Would you mind telling me more?

    Thanks a lot in advance,
    Tine

    Hi Tine,

We implemented SmartKarrot last year and had a rough implementation. Their team was great and very responsive, but we ran into a lot of bugs along the way that made it using the platform challenging at times.

    Hope that helps.
