I am looking for any recommendations for consultants who can advise on best practices for CS org structure, roles and responsibilities and combing a high touch + tech touch model. I am looking to possibly restructure some or all of our CS organization to achieve better scale yet maintain personalization for larger clients.

Hi Bill -- Strongly suggest you reach out to the team at Growth Molecules. They're a team of former VP of CS professionals that have sat in that chair a few times over 20 years or so and this is exactly what they do. @Emilia D'Anzica heads the organization -- emilia-AT-growthmolecules.com or David Lahey david-AT-growthmolecules.com and I know they'd provide value with just an intro conversation.
