Key Account Success Plan

Hello All, 

I'm new to my org and am working on building out my account plans for my strategic accounts.  With my enterprise level accounts, it's difficult to determine exactly where to start.  Does anyone have any good resources or templates they can share that might be a good starting off point?

    Depends on what you'd define as an "Account Plan" -- Tell me more?

    Hi Mary, 

    Sure and thanks!  Perhaps success plan is more descriptive.  I want to build strategic success plans to improve value received by key customers, drive retention, and identify new areas of opportunity. I basically want to roadmap my path to delivering customer outcomes. I am looking for a good framework or template to give me a good place to organize my efforts.
