Hello GGR community, I'm looking to connect and have conversations with individuals who have been involved in setting up ChurnZero or similar technology from the start. 

I'm interested in learning things that went well? things you would have done differently? Areas that should have been prioritized. 

If you or someone you know is interested in sharing your expertise, please contact me. We just finalized our contract and I'll be working to create a more cohesive implementation plan over the next several weeks. Any guidance would be most appreciated.

    Hi Sara,

    We also just finalized our contract before the new year and had our kick off call with CZ yesterday. I'll definitely be following this post but happy to be your implementation buddy as we go through this process together!

    Like Michaela, we're beginning our journey with CZ as well.  We're finalizing negotiations right now and hope to kick off by EoM.  I'd love to connect with other CZ leaders and share ideas/feedback.

    Thanks, Chris! I'll send you a DM, but for the group did you use a 3rd party consultant to support your implementation or just the implementation specialist from CZ?

    Will, if you don't mind sharing, what is the business outcome you are hoping to achieve most quickly upon onboarding with ChurnZero?

    Hi there - now that it is March I was curious if any folks here have any updates around their onboarding experiences with ChurnZero for those of us in the evaluation stage?
