To make the examples even better think about bringing the customer into these processes. Where are they at in the journey, what can block loyalty, what could they be thinking etc. are good additions to internal process documentation. We get so focused on ourselves that a simple reminder to your team of what is relevant now when executing this play goes a long way in helping your team demonstrate empathy.
