I was wondering if any of you use service mapping for external use and if so how does that template look and what are pros and cons?

When you put it like that I see how it may come across as a "less good" question ?
Yes and no! I was curious to know if standard templates for service mapping exists.
SO the question is focused around the format and, of course, not the content?

Hey Julie - just want to make sure I am tracking, you are looking for a diagram showing the IT infrastructure that makes up your business ops/services?
However, in my search I did find a few good templates out on the Web - admittedly I haven't ever done one. Sorry, wish I could be of more help!
