    Hi Byron,
    I have made a career pivot from being a real estate attorney to customer success account director at a proptech company that has several SaaS products.  I found SuccessHACKER's first three online courses - levels 1-3 immensely helpful. I'm working on level 4 now.  I think they also offer them live so I can't speak to those - the online versions are excellent.
