Search before you post: Before you create a new post, use the search box to see if your question is already out there — someone may have already answered it.

Ask: Ask questions about best practices, technology, integrations, workaround, and anything else you want to learn about Customer Success.

Be descriptive: Use a strong subject line to help others understand the purpose of the post. The clearer and more informative you can make it, the higher the likelihood of receiving a relevant answer.

Answer: Take a look at the posts made by your peers and help others by providing insights, examples, and suggestions to their post.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
