Some of the lessons Karessa has learned are:
- Automate processes your are repeating over and over
- Audit your content to make sure you are meeting the self-service needs of your customers
- CSMs should be facilitators rather than having all the answers
- Give customers the opportunity to sjare information with each other
- Making any progress forward is better than where we are currently
- Volunteer for things to increase your skill set and opportunities
- Use scale to grab your customer's attention
