What is your end of year focus?
As we near the close of 2024, let's take a moment to reflect on whether we are in a reactive mode - focused on all the things that have to be done; a proactive mode - looking towards 2025 and planning a new focus, new strategies, or new processes; or a hybrid mode - some combination of both.
What advice do you have for someone in any of these modes, either to encourage them or to help them end this year well?

Having recently launched our customer community, we’re aiming to grow membership to 500! This is just one of the key metrics for our Client Education & Enablement team. Other goals include meeting ticket deflection targets, achieving strong attendance at our monthly workshops, and hitting our self-service score goals. All that said, we've tried to be proactive and really plan for the improvement we hope to see. We've really been happy with where we're at, but we hope to be even better in 2025!
