Has anyone used Hook.co before? I've been speaking with them and the tool looks very promising. I originally was looking at it as an AI tool for CS to help my low touch teams scale their impact, as well as to correlate risk and expansion signals across all our data sources - but I now think it could effectively replace a CSP like Gainsight or Totango even. They say they've had a number of customers rip and replace their CSP, but I haven't found any public examples of this yet. I get the impression that they have recently shifted their strategy to be an AI-native CSP.
