Learning Resources for your CS teams

Hi there!

Which learning and development resources do you recommend for your a) CS team leads and b) your CSMs? Would love to hear some of your book, podcast, online course, etc. suggestions.

    I just finished reading through the CS professionals handbook and I recommend that. There are some good tips that can help round out your CSM skills. 

    As a leader, the best tool that I use is Gong. I'm able to listen and then coach CSMs on what they are doing well and where they can improve. 

    The GGR and Success League podcasts are excellent.

    I started following Churn.FM and use a lot of the Gainsight Resources.
