Hi everyone!
Just curious to see if any of you have ever taken a CS certification that was helpful and which you consider an added-value to your profile/resume and career. If so, any recommendations?
I am a senior level CSM and am always wondering if I should get one!
Thanks in advance!

Hi Janet,
I hope you are well, and this is a great question. As a CSM professional I must acknowledge that there is some great Customer Success organisations that are now offering CSM certifications. Note, that I completed the Gainsight CSM Adv professional certification and I must highlight it was a great course. Successcoaching is another well known organisation that offers fantastic CSM courses and certifications. Check this list out, https://www.customersuccessassociation.com/library/training/0 -
Hi Manny!
Thank you so much for the reply. I will check them out!
Thanks.

Hi Janet,
I hope you are well, and a certification course that I took at my company provided a lot of great context into Customer Experience/Customer Success. I will attach a link below to the catalog and if you have any questions, feel free to reach out.

Hello Janet,
I'm new to the CSM world and recently took Level 1 and Level 2 Certifications form http://www.successhacker.co
These seemed to be very 'basic', but I know they offer other coursed aimed at more senior reps.
Be well,

Even though I can speak from experience, I will say your mileage may vary. I think that the certification I had from Gainsight helped me get past the screening call decent amount of times and I had only 8 months of CS experience going for companies with a bigger reputation than my last company.
My wife has the same certifications and is getting an average of 1 interview a week. Previously, she was getting one every 3 weeks.0 -
Hi Janet,
I just finished the Level 4 of SuccessHacker Customer Success training and I really loved it.
There are 4 levels: Level 1 and 2 are more "basic", but I would say it doesn´t hurt to go over the fundamentals again. Besides there are always some tips here and there that can help. Level 3 and 4 are more for senior CSM and they are very helpful.
There are also additional ressources provided and you can join the webinars hosted by Andrew Marks.
You check the different bundles here: https://successcoaching.co/solo-customer-success-training/#solo-plans
Hope this helps.
Cheers!
