Dear CS folks,

Grateful for the GGR community, found many useful contents to refer to on varied topics of customer success. 

One issue I faced frequently is searching through the threads and finding file attachments. Also different versions of contents, last updates and sorted relevance. 

So, I tried to compile these contents and playbooks into a single location, organized by categories, formats. Inputs from our own authors, Alex, Maranda, Jung, Erika and more are put in this page.

    Hi Ola,

    I'm in process of elaborating steps of CSMs in different customer stages. So far I have scale -> activate stage written up.
    I can keep you updated as I add in more contents.

    Thanks for putting this together. This is incredibly helpful.

    I notice there are 'scale' and 'high touch' tabs with associated links on the left. How are those supposed to work?

    One thing -- I think some of the links are off. When I click on Customer Success Metrics (2nd row far right), the success plan (by Ramya) above it opens....Same thing happens with the item just under Customer Success Metrics.
