Where would you look for great Customer Success talent beyond LinkedIn?

Hi everyone,

I'm recruiting for a Customer Success Executive role in Southampton, UK, and I'm hoping to learn from people who work in Customer Success every day.

One thing I've noticed is that Customer Success seems to have its own communities, events and networks that many recruiters don't naturally come across.

So I'd love your advice.

If you were hiring for your own CS team, where would you look beyond LinkedIn?

I'd really appreciate recommendations for things like:

• Slack communities
• Job boards
• Newsletters
• Meetups or events
• Podcasts with active communities
• Any other places where great CS people tend to spend time

For context, the role is:

• Customer Success Executive
• Southampton, UK (office-based with flexibility when needed)
• International B2B SaaS company
• Customer onboarding, adoption, relationship management and growth
• UK right to work required

I'm genuinely looking to learn more about the Customer Success community, so I'd really appreciate any suggestions.

Depending on your industry, I would follow competitors and key people in the role on LinkedIn.

Case studies often talk about the teams involved - if you have customers willing to shoutout about external teams or individuals they have worked with - worth chatting to those people.
