Hi all, I'm Nicola.
I'm the founder of Risqly, a B2B SaaS customer health scoring platform, based in Sheffield UK. Before this, commercial strategy at P&G. Now I spend my days thinking about churn instead of toothbrushes!
Right now I'm building out a version of the product specifically for fintech payments, embedded finance, expense management. The core problem doesn't change: teams have customer data scattered across CRM, billing, and product usage, and nobody has one clear view of who's actually at risk until it's too late.
I'd loved to understand what's working for people here: what's the one thing you changed about how you score or monitor customer health that actually moved the needle this year?
(Also a training Death Doula, if anyone wants a completely different kind of conversation.)
