Hey All!  

Newer to this group - so apologies if this has been asked.  We are a field management software for field workers/independent contractors (think plumbers, electricians, etc....).  While technically we are b2b, our customers tend to operate closer to a b2c type model.  The majority of our customer base is m2m.  We have a web app, as well as iOS and Android apps.  We also have 3 levels of users.  Anyone here working with a similar set up?  What tools are you using today to help sort through all this data and understand account/user health?  Any tips or insight much appreciated!!
